Please verify the following before integrating Google Gemini:
- Google Workspace must already be integrated with Josys.
- The Google account used for the integration must have access to view the AI agents within the target Gemini Enterprise project.
Steps

Complete the Google Workspace app integration in Josys.

1. Verify the Project ID
- Log in to the Google Cloud Console.
- Select the target project.
- Copy the "Project number" displayed on the Welcome page or in the project details.
2. Verify the App ID
- Open Gemini Enterprise.
- Open "Apps."
- Copy the "ID" displayed for the target app.
3. Start Configuring the Google Gemini Discovery Source
- From the left menu of Josys, click AI Agents.
- From the left menu of Josys, click "Integrations > External Data Sources."
- Open the AI Agents tab.
- Click the "Integrate" button for Google Gemini.
- The integration selection screen will be displayed. If you have integrated multiple Google Workspace tenants, select the target one from the dropdown.
- Enter the Project ID you copied earlier into the Project ID field, and the App ID into the Engine ID field.
*If you want to integrate multiple projects, click "Add More" to add them. - Verify the entered details and click "Submit" in the bottom right.
- The agents within Google Cloud > Gemini Enterprise > Target App > Agents will be visualized on Josys.

Do I need to integrate Google Workspace separately?
You can use the Google Workspace integration that is already connected to Josys. However, the Google account used for the integration must have access to the target Gemini Enterprise project.
The number of AI agents does not match Gemini Enterprise.
Please verify that the correct Gemini Enterprise app is integrated. Also, ensure that the Google account used for the integration has access to view all AI agents within the target app.
