Locations where tickets can be created
You can create Jira tickets from the following menus:

How to create a ticket
Please refer to Setup Jira Ticketing Integration from Josys and complete the setup in advance.
- Click the "Create Jira Ticket" button from the target item.
- The ticket creation screen will open. Confirm the project and issue type.
- Review and modify the details, then click "Create Ticket" at the bottom right.
FAQ
Q: The "Create Jira Ticket" button is grayed out and cannot be clicked.
