By integrating Josys with Jira as a business tool, you will be able to create Jira tickets directly from Josys. This allows you to centralize tasks to be performed in Josys into Jira and track them efficiently.

Initial Setup Method
- If you have not yet integrated the Atlassian app with Josys, please proceed with the app integration by referring to the following help page.
Reference: Atlassian - Click "Integrations Business Tool Integrations."
- Select the integration name you want to connect from the dropdown within the "Jira Integration" box. *If no "Integration Name" was set during the Atlassian app integration, a hyphen will be displayed.
- After selecting, click "Integrate" to complete the setup.
