Integrated Apps displays the list of apps integrated in Josys. It serves as your single source of information for all integrated apps, which tell you about the user accounts and shadow user accounts associated with the integrated apps, license and its expense details, unsuccessful integration, and tracked apps.
Note: The permission can be set for the Integrated Apps to limit the IT Admin to what level of functionality they can use. Learn more here.
To view and manage the integrated apps:
Step 1: Open the "Managed Apps" section from the Apps menu. On this screen, you can view the total number of accounts, if any, associated with the app under the Accounts and Shadow Users under their respective column. For example, Appfigures has 5 user accounts and 4 Shadow user accounts associated with it.
Step 2: Click the app to open its associated user account details. For example, let's see the Appfigures app accounts' details. Click under the Accounts column.
Step 3: This displays the app's information, such as the Integration Name, Owner name, and Department details. You can click Add to include any necessary details.
Step 4: From here, you have access to the User Accounts, Licenses, Workflows, and Additional Information/Files related to that app.
Accounts
Displays the user account details associated with the app.
- Accounts: Count of user accounts, including Shadow Users associated with the account.
- Licenses (User Input): Total number of available licenses.
- Monthly Expenses: Cost of license every month.
- Shadow Users: Count of shadow users using this app.

User's list: Displays the user account details to help you in identifying the authorized and shadow user (displays with
), work status, roles, user id, job title, departments, and other additional information, and last login. You can open their user profile by clicking the name.
- Click
next to the user account to view the additional information, open the user account details in a new tab, and send an email to the user.
- Export Account List: Export the user accounts in a CSV file.
- Customize Columns: Click to select the columns you want to view on this screen.
- Click
next to Customize Column to create an access review for the app users.
Licenses
Displays the license details of the app.
This screen allows you to add, edit, show/hide, and delete plan details.
Adding a License:
Step 2: Click
on the corresponding application to perform the required actions, such as view active users, edit, reintegrate, delete, view additional information, and open a link in a new tab. Click the app to view the user associated with the app.

Step 3: You can see two users associated with the app: Marcos D. is an authorized user, and John S is a Shadow user.

Step 4: Select the user profile to view its account details. Click Manage Accounts to perform actions like deleting user accounts from the app, and click Add to provision the app to the corresponding user profile.
