Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Okta SSO applications, you can:
- View: List of user accounts along with last used.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- An Okta admin account
- An API Token and the Subdomain URL
Get the API Key
Step 1: Log in to Okta using admin account credentials.
Step 2: Expand the Security option and select API. In the Tokens tab, click Create token.
Step 3: Enter an appropriate label for identifying the API Credential. Click Create token.
Step 4: Copy the API Key for later use in the integration steps.
Get SSO application name
In Applications page, find an application name and copy it.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Okta from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Enter the Okta domain and SSO application name and API key copied in the previous steps. Click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
