Overview
This page explains the Action Centre feature in Josys.
What is the Action Centre?
The Action Centre is a feature that allows IT administrators to view a list of "tasks requiring immediate attention" and take action with a single click directly from the screen.
It centralizes "tasks requiring action," "integration errors," and "recommended security or management measures" related to internal IT devices and SaaS (app) accounts, allowing you to handle and execute them directly from this screen.
The screen mainly consists of the following three sections, and you can filter and manage tasks by status (Pending / In Progress).
- My Tasks (Various requests requiring manual action)
- Quick Actions (Integration errors and alerts requiring immediate action)
- Recommended Actions (Suggestions for security and cost optimization, such as reviewing unmanaged users)
