This page describes how to upload the QR code required to integrate applications with SSO or MFA enabled into Josys using the AI Integration Builder.

How to Obtain the QR Code
To integrate MFA-enabled apps using the AI Integration Builder, you need to obtain a QR code for MFA.

In addition to Google and Microsoft, any app that allows you to obtain a QR code for registration in an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator) can be used.
Setup Procedure
If you are using the AI Integration Builder for the first time, please refer to the following page to complete the initial setup.
Integrating Apps Using the AI Integration Builder > 1. Initial Setup
- From the left sidebar menu in Josys, click Integrations > App Catalog.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Add New App.
- A window will open on the right side.
- When creating an app integration for the first time, consent is required. Click Agree in the upper right corner.
- A pop-up will then appear. Click Agree again.
- Enter the app details. Please enter the App Name and the App Login URL.
- Click Verify App.
- Click Configure Login.
- A pop-up will open. Click Login with MFA or MFA-enabled SSO and then click Next in the bottom right.
- Important notes will be displayed. Click Continue in the bottom right.
- Upload the QR code you obtained in advance.
- Enter the 6-digit code displayed in your authenticator app and click the Verify button in the bottom right.
- A setup completion pop-up will be displayed.
- Click Create App Integration in the bottom right.
