Integrating Claude with Josys enables IT Admins to view accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Claude, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including details such as role and status.
Note: Deleted accounts will also be removed from Josys. Please note that they will not remain in a "Deleted" status.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Claude admin account
- An API Key (Agent Discovery API Key) and an Admin Key (Managed Apps API Key)
Obtaining the API Key

Step 1: Log in to Claude using an admin account.
Step 2: Click the Get API Key button, or navigate to the left menu and select API Keys > click Create Key.
Step 3: Enter a name for the API key, then click Add at the bottom right. (e.g., josys_integration)
Step 4: Copy and save the generated key for later use.
Generating the Admin Key
Step 1: Go to the Admin Keys page.
Step 2: Click the Create Admin Key button on the top right.
Step 3: Set a name for the Admin Key. (e.g., josys_integration)
Step 4: Copy and save the generated key for later use.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Claude from the App Catalog in the Apps section of Josys.
Step 2: Click Claude to open the configuration page on the right.
Step 3: Enter the API Key and Admin Key you saved in the previous steps into their respective fields.
Note: Entering the tenant name or workspace name in the Integration Memo field will make it easier to manage.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and manage accounts from Managed Apps in the Apps section.
