Checking Score Components
The Scorecard is made up of four main components: Accounts, Apps, Access, and Licenses. Clicking the count for each item displays details and allows you to take the necessary action.
Accounts
- Unmanaged Users: Displays the number of unmanaged users. Please delete them, link them to existing users, or convert them to new users. Reference: Processing Detected Unmanaged Users
- Inactive Accounts: Displays the number of invalid accounts (pending, suspended, terminated, archived, etc.) that have not used any app for an extended period. Remove unnecessary access rights to reduce risk. Reference: Deleting or Suspending App Accounts
- Active Permissions for Terminated/Deleted Users: Displays the number of accounts that have been deactivated or deleted in Josys but still retain access rights on the app side. Please remove access rights promptly to improve security. Reference: Forgotten IT Devices and App Access for Departed Members
Apps
- API Integration for Approved Apps: Displays the number of apps registered in Josys for which API integration for detailed analysis has not yet been completed. Reference: Managing Detected Apps
- Classification of Detected Apps: Displays the number of unclassified apps (shadow IT) detected through monitoring. These need to be categorized as “Approved,” “Ignored,” or “Unapproved.” Reference: Managing Detected Apps

- Contract End Date Updates: Update any apps with outdated or missing subscription information. Reference: License Management
Access
- Privileged Access by Unmanaged Users: Displays the number of unmanaged users who have been granted privileged access (e.g., admin rights). Please identify and review the privileges granted. Reference: License Management
- Privileged Accounts Without MFA: Privileged access accounts are not protected by multi-factor authentication. MFA must be configured to prevent unauthorized access to apps.
- Users with Excessive Privileges: Displays the number of users who have more permissions than necessary. Identify these users and reduce their permissions in line with the principle of least privilege.
Licenses
- Reclaiming Underutilized Licenses: Displays the number of licenses assigned to users who are not actively using the app. Reclaiming these licenses can help reduce costs.
- Removing Licenses from Unmanaged Users: Displays the number of licenses assigned to unmanaged accounts. Please delete or reassign them.
- Checking Unassigned Licenses: Displays the number of licenses that have been paid for but are not assigned to anyone. You can consider putting them to use or canceling them.
