This page describes the Reports feature located at the bottom of the Dashboard page.

What You Can Do
The Reports feature lets you analyze data from various angles based on information registered in both the App Ledger and Device Ledger.
Report Contents
Unmanaged Users Summary
Displays the top 5 apps ranked by number of unmanaged users. Among these, unmanaged users who have been granted privileged access are highlighted in red. Clicking the icon in the upper right shows, for each app, the number of unmanaged users and the number of unmanaged users with privileged access.
App Discovery
The App Discovery section in the upper right lets you view, based on “Detected Apps,” the detection count by app category and by risk level. Use the dropdown in the upper right to switch between app category and risk level views. You can also export a CSV by clicking Download.
SaaS Usage Summary
The SaaS Usage Summary allows you to view the number of accounts per app, sorted in descending order. You can also switch the view by department using the dropdown in the upper right.
Clicking Show All > opens a panel from the bottom displaying the 6th app and beyond.
Cost Reduction
If you have registered the cost per license, you can view costs broken down by app and department.
App Optimization
The App Optimization section lets you view the number of apps per category. It is designed to help you easily identify cases where multiple similar apps are under contract. We encourage you to make use of this feature.
