The Dashboard gives IT Admins a personalized view of the value delivered by Josys. It highlights operational time saved, security risks averted, and SaaS Management Score metrics in one place so admins can understand both activity and business impact.
The dashboard combines value metrics with scorecard visibility. Admins can review top contributors, change the date range, and open a detailed view to see the actions that contributed to the displayed value.

The below events tracked to calculate Josys' contribution on time savings.
· App provisioning: 3 minutes
· App deprovisioning: 3 minutes for suspend, delete, or deactivate actions
· Other app actions: 3 minutes, for example role changes
· Shadow user classification: 2 minutes
· Classify discovered app: 5 minutes
· Access review creation: 3 minutes
· Shadow IT visibility and analysis: 30 minutes, one time
· Completed app access request: 10 minutes
How Security Risks Averted Is Calculated
The below events tracked to calculate Josys' contribution on risk reduction.
· Count of shadow users identified.
· Number of access reviews closed manually or through workflows.
Steps To View Dashboard Value Metrics
Step 1: Open the Dashboard
Sign in to the Josys and select Dashboard from the left navigation.
Step 2: Select the reporting period
Use the date range selector to view value metrics for the required period. Default is 3 months.
Step 3: Review value metrics and top contributors
Review Time Saved and Security Risks Averted. The card shows the total value and the top contributing actions for the selected period.
Step 4: Open the detailed value view
Click View Details to open Josys Value Contributing Factors. Use this panel to review total value, actions taken, applied filters, and contributing events.
Step 5: Filter or clear the detail view
Use Add a filter to narrow the contributing factors. Use Clear Filters to return to the default view.

A: IT Admins with Super Admin permission to Josys can see Dashboard
Q: Why do I not see value metrics?
A: Metrics are displayed only when at least one threshold is met: Time Saved is at least 2 hours or Security Risks Averted is greater than 10. The feature may also require account enablement during Customer Preview.
Q: What does Time Saved represent?
A: Time Saved is an estimate based on predefined values for completed actions, such as app provisioning, deprovisioning, app classification, access review creation, and completed app access requests.
Q: What does Security Risks Averted represent?
A: Security Risks Averted includes shadow users identified and access reviews closed manually or through workflows.
Q: What is graph view used for?
A: Graph view shows how Time Saved and Security Risks Averted trend over the selected date range. Use it when admins need to explain whether value is increasing over time, not only what the current total is.
Q: How can admins see what contributed to the value total?
A: Click View Details from the Dashboard to open Josys Value Contributing Factors. The panel shows actions taken, filters, events, targeted entities, and associated user profiles.
