The ability for admins to trigger workflows manually for select users with the option to run immediately or schedule for a later date/time. The system checks if the selected users fit the event and condition criteria and accordingly execute the workflow.

Steps to manually trigger Workflow On Demand
Step 1: Select Workflows and click New Workflow.
Step 2: Click Create Workflow and select workflow which support “On Demand” trigger.
Step 3: The workflows that support manual trigger has “On Demand” by default in Trigger section. Additional triggers can be configured additionally.
Step 4: Once the Workflow is created, navigate to the Workflow listing page, click on more options and select "Run workflow for selected users".
Step 5: Choose the users and click on "Run workflow". You also have the option to run it immediately or schedule it for later.
Step 6: Click on "Proceed".
