Integrating Figma Organization with Josys enables the IT Admin to view accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Figma, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status, teams, and last active status.
- Perform action: Create user account.
Note: Josys supports multiple Figma integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Figma Organization admin account.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Figma Organization from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Enter your Admin Credentials, and click Next to proceed.
Organisation ID can be obtained from the URL: https://www.figma.com/files/{organisation ID}
In the example below, the values from 15609 to 4008.
Step 3: Once the integration is complete, it takes a few minutes to sync data. Now, view and perform actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
