Screen Description
The following sections describe the File Governance List screen and the Details screen displayed when clicking on a file/folder within the list.
List Screen
Features
The following describes the screen components according to the numbers in the screenshot.

| ① | Tabs | Select between "All Files" or "All Folders". Click "All Folders" if you wish to view a list of folders within Box. |
| ② | Search box (Top Left) | Allows for a partial search of the list by file/folder name. |
| ③ | "Refresh" button (Top Right) | Click this button to reflect the files/folders currently in Box onto JOSYS. |
| ④ | Preset Filter Buttons |
Switch the view to show "All", "Externally Shared", or "Safe" files/folders. "All": Displays all files/folders. "External Shared Files": Displays files/folders that grant viewing/editing permissions to external users and have NOT been marked as "Safe" in JOSYS. "Safe": Displays the list of files marked as "Safe". |
| ⑤ | "Filters" button | Allows you to filter the displayed list. You can filter by File Type, Owner, and Status. |
| ⑥ | "Rows per page" (Bottom Right) | Changes the number of items displayed on the list page. Select from 10, 25, 50, or 100 items (maximum 100). |
| ⑦ | Pagination (Bottom Right) | Navigate to the next or previous page. |

| File Name or Folder Name | The name of the file or folder. |
| Share Count | Displays the number of people this file/folder is shared with. If there are external users, the count of external users is also displayed. |
| Status | Displays whether the file/folder is Public or Private. |
| Owner | Displays the owner of the file/folder. |
| File Location | Displays the folder path where this file/folder is stored. |
| Last Modified | Displays the date when the file/folder was last updated. |
| Created On | Displays the date when the file/folder was created. |
Details Screen
Features
The following describes the screen components according to the numbers in the capture.

| ① | File/Folder Name & Path | Displays the file/folder name and its storage folder path. |
| ② | "Mark as Safe" button (Top Right) | Allows you to flag this file as "Safe" regarding its external sharing settings or if there are no user permissions. |
| ③ | "Workspace" (Top Left) | Displays the "Integration name" configured when integrating Box with JOSYS. |
| ④ | "Status" field | Checks the publication status of the file/folder. Displays either Public or Private. |
| ⑤ | "Owner" field | Displays the owner of the file/folder. |
| ⑥ | Search box (Top Left) | Allows for a partial search of the list by file/folder name. |

Switch the view to show "All Users" or "External Users". "All Users": Displays a list of all users who have permissions for the file/folder. "External Users": Displays a list of external users who have permissions for the file/folder. |

| ⑨ | "Rows per page" (Bottom Right) | Changes the number of items displayed on the list page. Select from 10, 25, 50, or 100 items (maximum 100). |
| ⑩ | Pagination (Bottom Right) | Navigate to the next or previous page. If the number of members exceeds the display limit, please check the members not displayed here. |

| Name/Email | Displays the name and email address of the user who has permission to access this file/folder. |
| Permissions | Displays the type of permission granted for this file/folder. |
| Last Updated | Displays the date when the user's permissions were last updated. |
| Date Added | Displays the date when the user was granted permission to access this file/folder. |
