Integrating Auth0 with Josys enables IT Admins to view and manage the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Auth0, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their details such as status and roles.
- Perform Action: Create, Delete the user accounts.
Note: Josys supports multiple Auth0 integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Auth0 Owner account
- The API client id and client secret
Creating API client id and client secret
Step 1: Log in to Auth0 using an owner account. Navigate to the Dashboard > Applications > Applications.
Step 2: Click on + Create Application and select Machine to Machine Applications then click on Create.
Step 2: Select the All permissions and click on Authorize.
Step 3: Copy the Domain, Client ID and Client Secret as you will use it in the further integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Auth0 from the App Catalog in the Integrations section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Domain, Client ID and Client Secret copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
