As a Josys Administrator, you have the option of adding user profiles manually or importing them from a CSV file. However, you can also integrate Kaonavi as an External Data Source in Josys to automatically add user profiles.
Prerequisites
To facilitate the Kaonavi linking with Josys, ensure that you have:
- Integrated Kaonavi. To learn about the integration process, refer to Kaonavi Integration.
- A Kaonavi admin account
- Unlinked existing External Data Sources (if any)
Linking Kaonavi
Step 1 : Go to Settings and select External Data Sources. Under User Profiles , click Link from Kaonavi .
Step 2 : Select the Kaonavi integration instance from the Integration dropdown, then click Link Kaonavi.
Step 3 : When the linking is completed, the following screen appears. Now, the user profiles from Kaonavi will be synchronized in Josys. You can click Refresh to update the User Profiles data.
Unlinking Kaonavi
You can also unlink Kaonavi as an External Data Source. To unlink:
Step 1 : Click 
in Kaonavi and select Unlink. This will unlink Kaonavi from Josys.
