Integrating Website Toolbox with Josys enables IT Admins to view user account details.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Website Toolbox, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and last login timestamp.
Note: Josys supports multiple Website Toolbox integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Website Toolbox admin account
- The Username and API Key
- A Starter, Growth, or Pro plan
Locating the API Key and Username
Step 1: Log in to Website Toolbox using an admin account. Click Integrate and in the Developers section, click API.
Step 2: Click Show.
Step 3: Copy the API Key for later use in the integration steps.
Step 4: Navigate to Users and click the Administrators.
Step 5: Copy the Username for later use in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Website Toolbox from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Username and API Key copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from Managed Apps in the Apps section.
