By integrating OneLogin with Josys, you can seamlessly log in using SAML (Single Sign-On) authentication using your OneLogin credentials.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Log in to OneLogin using an admin account. Click on Administration.

Step 2: Navigate to the Applications, and select Applications from the menu.

Step 3: Click Add App.

Step 4: Search for SAML Custom Connector (Advanced), and select.

Step 5: Enter the Display Name and click Save.
Step 6: In the Configuration menu, update the necessary settings and click Save.

Step 7: Navigate to the SSO from the left menu. Select SHA-256 from the SAML Signature Algorithm dropdown and click Save.

Step 8: Open SSO menu and copy and input the items shown on the screen to Josys.
When copying and pasting from the screen, copy the following items from OneLogin and configure them on Josys.
(To configure from a file, open the SSO menu, obtain the SAML metadata from the menu in the top-right corner of the screen, and upload it to Josys.)

To view and download the certificate, navigate to the SSO from the left menu and click View Details. Click Download.


Step 9: Once everything is set on Josys click Save.
Step 10: To assign Users to OneLogin, select Users to assign SSO from the Users menu.

Step 11: Search and select the respective user to assign to the OneLogin.

Step 12: Navigate to the Applications from the left menu. Select the previously created SSO application from the drop-down to assign the user.

Step 13: Click Continue to complete the procedure.

Step 13: Click on Certification Test to test the integration on Josys.
Step 14: Slide on Enable Single Sing-on.
