Integrating Mekari Talenta with Josys enables IT Admins to view user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Mekari Talenta, you can view a list of user accounts, including their details such as status, roles, and the timestamp of account creation and updation.
Note: Josys supports multiple Mekari Talenta integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Mekari Talenta admin account
- The Client ID and Client Secret
- An Essential, Plus or Talenta360 plan
Locating the Client ID and Client Secret
Step 1: Log in to Mekari Talenta using an admin account. Navigate to the Applications on the left and click Create Application.
Step 2: Provide a Name to the Application, select a Company from the dropdown menu, and select the necessary Authorized Scopes. Click Submit.
Step 3: Copy the Client ID and Client Secret, as you will use them in the further integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Mekari Talenta from the App Catalog in the Integrations section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
