Integrating Bluebeam with Josys enables the IT Admin to manage user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Bluebeam, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status and roles.
Note: Josys supports multiple Bluebeam integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Bluebeam Admin Account
- An Account ID
- A Basics, Core, or CompleteMost plan
Locating the Account ID
Step 1: Log in to Bluebeam using an account with admin privileges.
Step 2: Go to the Account section, open the Information tab, and copy the Account ID to use later in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Bluebeam from the App Catalog in the Integrations section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification.
Step 3: Enter your Bluebeam login email and password in the respective fields.
Step 4: Enter your Account ID as copied in the previous sections, and then click Next to proceed.
Step 5: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
