Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus admin account
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label and click Next to proceed.
Step 3: Log in to ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus using an admin account. Follow the guided steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
