Integrating Satori with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Satori, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status and roles.
- Perform actions: Add and delete user accounts.
Note: Josys supports multiple Satori integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Satori Admin Account
- The Account ID, Service Account ID, and Service Account Key
- A Discover, Monitor, or Protect Plan
Locating the Account ID
Step 1: Log in to Satori using an admin account, then select Settings from the User Profile menu.
Step 2: In Account Settings, go to the Basic Settings tab and copy the Account ID to use later in the integration steps.
Locating the Service Account ID and Service Account Key
Step 1: Log in to Satori using an admin account, then select Settings from the User Profile menu.
Step 2: In User Management, go to the Service Accounts tab and click Add New Service Account.
Step 3: Enter the Service Account Description and click Create.
Step 4: Copy the Service Account ID and Service Account Key to use later in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Satori from the App Catalog in the Integrations section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter your Account ID, Service Account ID, and Service Account Key copied in the previous sections in their respective fields and click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
