View is a way to access your filtered search results anytime, saving you time and effort. By creating a view, you no longer need to reapply filters and can quickly access the data whenever required.
Steps to creating a View
Step 1: Apply the desired filter to get the search results for which you want to create a view. For example, let's say you wanted to create a view for all active users.
Step 2: Click ,enter a View name in the given pop-up, and click Save to save this as a new view.
The "Active Users" view is created as shown in the screen below. You can:
- Set this view as the default view, so it displays first before all other views.
- Edit its name
- Delete it anytime
