You can use Filters to find specific information while working with large large volume of data. Filters allow you to search for information based on your selected criteria. This option is available in various places throughout Josys.
Steps to use Filters
Step 1: Click and select a desired option from the dropdown to search for it.
Step 2: Based on your selection in the previous step, select the option from its associated dropdown and click Apply Filters.
For example, to see how many active users you have, select Status, and then Active.
This will list display all active users based on the set filter. Similarly, you can use Filters to get the required details.
