The Josys Employee Portal allows employees to view their SaaS applications, request new ones, and manage approval processes. It provides easy access to available apps and lets you track the status of app requests and approvals.
After signing in to the employee portal, you can do the following:
- Josys Logo: The company logo appears at the top corner of the screen.
- Navigation Menu: Here, you can find all available menu options, such as Home screen, where you can view a list of all apps you have access to, App Catalog, My Requests, and Approvals. Click on any menu to perform the respective action.
- Work Area: All available apps, app requests, and app approvals are displayed in this area. You can also create a new request.
- Other Options: Here, you can view the user profile details and set your language preference.
- Search: Use the search filter to search for an app.
