Deleting the apps associated with the Shadow users is termed deprovisioning. To deprovision apps for a Shadow user, perform the following steps.
Step 1: After logging in to the Josys platform, select Managed Apps from the Apps section.
Step 2: Select the app and then click on the associated Shadow user. Click Manage Accounts.

Step 3: To deprovision apps, check the corresponding checkbox. Select Delete from the drop-down menu, and click Next to proceed.

Step 4: Click Submit to complete the procedure.
