Super Admins of Josys Multi-Tenant Portal can add admins who possess the capability to access all tenants available within the Multi-Tenant Portal.
Steps to add Admins
Step 1: Log in to your Josys Multi-Tenant Portal. Navigate to Admins in the left navigation pane. On this screen, you can view the Admin information, including the Admin Name, Email ID, Job title, and timestamp for when the Admin profile was created. Click Add Admins.

Step 2: Enter the admin's First name, Last name, Email ID, and Job Title to create the admin profile. Click Add Admin.

Step 3: After adding an admin profile, you can manage the admin profile as follows:
- Edit: Modify the admin details by clicking the Edit button and saving the changes.
- Delete: Remove the admin from the Multi-Tenant Portal by clicking the Delete button and confirming your action.

By following the aforementioned steps, the Super Admin can effectively manage IT Admins and assign the administrative roles to access all tenants in the Multi-Tenant Portal of Josys.
