Alerts in the Josys Multi-Tenant Portal play a vital role in notifying Super Admins about important notifications that require immediate attention. Super Admins can see these alerts of critical events or issues raised across various tenants. These alerts are color-coded to indicate their severity, description to provide more information about the alerts, the tenant name where the issue originated, and the date of their generation. Super Admin can visit the specific portal from their alert to take appropriate actions.
Josys Alerts in the Multi-Tenant Portal allow the Super Admins to:
- Get a glance view of all important alerts across tenants and navigate to that tenant from the alert to address the issue.
- Mark the alerts as read to focus on the unresolved issues, prioritize the critical issues, and gain clarity on the issues.
- Filter the alerts based on their type, tenants, and alerts marked read to see the alerts based on their importance.
