The Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of important key metrics and information to the IT Admin. These metrics help in making informed decisions and managing the entire infrastructure within the organization.
The availability of real-time data enables the IT Admin to:
- Detect potential risks by identifying shadow users, important alerts, and risky apps, and take necessary actions.
- Administer devices assigned to both onboarded and off-boarded employees that help in managing device assignment, ensuring security, and facilitating smooth transitions.
- Ensure SaaS security by monitoring the risky unmanaged applications. Gain visibility and control of the shadow users to detect unauthorized access to these apps and take necessary actions by converting them to a user profile or revoking the app access.
- Identify unassigned licenses to reduce unnecessary license expenses, review underutilized accounts to revoke or remove the license from such accounts, and allocate them efficiently to the users.
- Manage device lifecycle by regularly reviewing the device inventory data in real time and planning your inventory accordingly.
