Integrating LegalForce with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with LegalForce, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status and roles.
- Perform actions: Add or deactivate the user accounts.
Note: Josys supports multiple LegalForce integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A LegalForce admin account
- A Tenant ID
- A Default or Professional plan
Locating Tenant ID
Step 1: Log in to LegalForce using your admin account credentials.
Step 2: Select Account Settings from the User Profile in the top right corner and copy the Tenant ID from Profile to use later in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select LegalForce from the App Catalog in the Integrations menu.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Tenant ID copied in the previous step, your LegalForce account credentials in their respective fields, and click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
