Integrating i-Reporter with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with i-Reporter, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status and roles.
- Perform Actions: Add and delete user accounts.
Note: Josys supports multiple i-Reporter integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A i-Reporter admin account
- A Subdomain
- A Default plan
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select i-Reporter from the App Catalog in the Integrations menu.
Step 2: Enter your i-Reporter account Subdomain in the respective field.
Note: Example of subdomain- If the i-Reporter URL is https://abcdefg1h2i.conmas-i-reporter.com/, then abcdefg1h2i is the subdomain.
Step 3: Enter your i-Reporter account Username and Password in their respective fields and click Next to proceed.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
