Integrating SignNow with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with SignNow, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status and roles.
- Perform actions: Add and delete user accounts.
Note: Josys supports multiple SignNow integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A SignNow Admin Account
- The API Token and Organization Name
- A Business, Business Premium, Enterprise, or Site License Plan
Locating the API Token
Step 1: Log in to SignNow using an admin account. Select API from the left and then click Add Application.
Step 2: Enter the Application name and click Add.
Step 3: Click the Application name to open it.
Step 4: Copy the Basic Authorization Token to use later in the integration steps.
Locating the Organization
Step 1: Log in to SignNow using an admin account. Select My Organizations from Organization on the left and copy the Organization Name to use later in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select SignNow from the App Catalog in the Integrations section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter your SignNow Admin account credentials in their respective fields.
Step 3: Enter the Basic Authorization Token in the API token field and the Organization Name copied in the previous steps, then click Next to proceed.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
