Integrating Teamtailor with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Teamtailor, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status and roles.
- Perform actions: Add and delete user accounts.
Note: Josys supports multiple Teamtailor integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Teamtailor Admin Account
- An API Key
- A Default Plan
Locating the API Key
Step 1: Log in to Teamtailor with your admin account. From the User Profile menu in the top-right corner, select Settings.
Step 2: Select API keys from the Integrations menu and click +New API Key.
Step 3: Enter a name for the API Key, select Admin in API Scope, give Read and Write permissions, and then click Create.
Step 4: Copy the API Key to use later in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Teamtailor from the App Catalog in the Integrations section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter your API Key copied in the previous step, then click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
