Integrating Twingate with Josys enables IT Admins to view and manage user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Twingate, you can
- View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, groups, and timestamps for the user account creation and updation.
- Perform actions: Add, disable, or delete a user account.
Note: Josys supports multiple Twingate integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Twingate admin account
- An API Token and Tenant Name
- A Free, Teams, Business, or an Enterprise plan
Locating the API Token
Step 1: Log in to Twingate using an account with admin privileges.
Step 2: From the Settings tab, select API.
Step 3: Click Generate Token.

Step 4: Provide a name for the API Token, give the necessary permission, and click Generate.

Step 5: Copy the API token for later use in the integration steps.

Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Twingate from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field.
Step 3: Enter the API Token copied in the previous section.
Step 4: Enter the Tenant Name in the respective field and click Next to proceed.
Note: Example of Tenant Name- If the Twingate URL is https://abcorg.twingate.com/, then abcorg is the tenant name.

Step 5: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization to occur. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
