Integrating Sketch with Josys enables the IT Admin to view user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Sketch, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status and roles.
Note: Josys supports multiple Sketch integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Sketch admin account
- A Subdomain
- A Standard or Business plan
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Sketch from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field.
Step 3: Enter the Subdomain in the respective field.
Note: Example of Subdomain- If the Sketch URL is https://www.sketch.com/workspace/1abc2345-67de-8910-fg1h-ijk2lmn3o456/, then 1abc2345-67de-8910-fg1h-ijk2lmn3o456 is the domain.
Step 4: Enter your Sketch account login email and password in their respective fields, then click Next to proceed.
Step 5: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization to occur. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
