Integrating Grafana Cloud with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Grafana Cloud, you can
- View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, and timestamp of the user's last seen activity.
- Perform action: Send an email to another user.
Note: Josys supports multiple Grafana Cloud integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Grafana Cloud admin account
- A Host and an API Key
- A Cloud Free, Cloud Pro, or Cloud Advanced plan
Locating the API Key
Step 1: Log in to Grafana Cloud using an account with admin privileges.
Step 2: In the Administration menu, select Service Accounts under Users and access.
Step 3: Click the Add service account.
Step 4: Provide a name to the service account and click Create.
Step 5: Click Add service account token.
Step 6: Provide a name for the service account token and click Generate token.
Step 7: Copy the service account token to use later in the integration steps.
Locating the Host
Step 1: Log in to Grafana Cloud using an account with admin privileges.
Step 2: Select the Support option from the Help menu.
Step 3: Click the User Settings.
Step 4: Copy the Host URL from the Authorized Apps tab to use later in the integration.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Grafana Cloud from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field.
Step 3: Enter the Service Account Token and Host URL copied in the previous sections in their respective fields.
Step 4: Click Next to proceed.

Step 5: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization to occur. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
