Integrating DocSend with Josys enables IT Admins to view user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with DocSend, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status and roles.
Note: Josys supports multiple DocSend integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A DocSend admin account
- A Company Name
- An Advanced or Advanced Data Rooms plan
Locating the Company Name
Step 1: Log in to DocSend using an account with admin privileges.
Step 2: Select the User Profile on the top right and select Settings.
Step 3: In the Company tab, locate the Company Name under General and copy it to use later in the integration steps.

Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select DocSend from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field.
Step 3: Enter the Company Name copied in the previous section in the respective field.
Step 4: Enter your DocSend login Email and Password in their respective fields, then click Next to proceed.

Step 5: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization to occur. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
