Integrating Jibble with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Jibble, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, groups, and timestamp of the account creation.
- Perform actions: Add and Archive Member accounts and send an email to another user.
Note: Josys supports multiple Jibble integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Jibble admin account
- An API Key ID and API Key Secret
- A Free, Premium, or Ultimate plan.
Locating the API Key ID and API Key Secret
Step 1: Log in to Jibble using an admin account. Navigate to the Organization at the bottom left.
Step 2: Click the API Credentials tab.
Step 3: Click Create New Secret to generate a new API Key ID and API Secret.
Step 4: Enter a name for identifying the API Key and click Save.
Step 5: Copy the API Key ID and API Secret for later use in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Jibble from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification.
Step 3: Enter the API Key ID and API Key Secret copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
