Integrating Kandji with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Kandji, you can
- View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, device count, and timestamp of the user account creation and update.
- Perform action: Send an email to another user.
Note: Josys supports multiple Kandji integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Kandji admin account
- A Region, Subdomain, and an API Token.
- An iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, macOS, or Enterprise plan
Locating the API Token
Step 1: Log in to Kandji with an account that has admin privileges.
Step 2: Click Settings in the bottom-left of the screen, then select the Access tab.
Step 3: Click the API token under the API Token section.
Step 4: Provide a name to identify the integration and click Create.
Step 5: Copy the Token for later use in the integration steps.
Step 6: Accept the terms by selecting the checkbox and clicking Next.
Step 7: Click Configure to configure the API permissions.
Step 8: Select List users and Get user under Users, then click Save and Close.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Kandji from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field.
Step 3: Select the Region from the Region dropdown menu. For example, if your Kandji URL is https://abc.api.kandji.io, then your region is the US, and if your Kandji URL is https://abc.api.eu.kandji.io, then your region is the EU.
Step 4: Enter the Subdomain in the respective field. If the Kandji URL is https://abc.api.kandji.io, then abc is the subdomain.
Step 5: Enter the API Key in the respective field as copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.

Step 6: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
