Integrating Pipefy with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Pipefy, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, two-factor authentication, and timestamp of the last login.
- Perform actions: Add and delete user accounts and send an email to another user.
Note: Josys supports multiple Pipefy integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Pipefy admin account
- The Personal Access Token and Organization ID
- A Starter, Business, Enterprise, or Unlimited plan.
Locating the Personal Access Token
Step 1: Log in to Pipefy using an admin account. Navigate to the User Profile and select Account preferences.
Step 2: In the Personal access tokens tab, click Generate new token.

Step 3: Give a name to your personal access token for identification and click Save.

Step 4: Copy the token for later use in the integration steps and click Save.

Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Pipefy from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification.
Step 3: Enter the Personal access token copied in the previous section in the respective field.
Step 4: Enter the Organization ID in the respective field. For example, if your Pipefy URL is https://app.pipefy.com/organizations/123456789, then 123456789 is the Organization ID.
Step 5: Click Next to proceed.

Step 6: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
