Integrating Livestorm with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Livestorm, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status and roles.
- Perform actions: Add and delete user accounts.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Livestorm admin account
- An API Token
- A Free, Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan.
Locating the API Token
Step 1: Navigate to the User Profile at the bottom, select Account settings, and then select Public API.

Step 2: From the Token Management tab, click New Token.

Step 3: Enter the name or purpose of the API Token and click Generate a token. Assign "Write" permission to the Admin and select "None" for others.

Step 4: Click the Copy API token to copy the API Token for later use in the integration steps.

Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Livestorm from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification.
Step 3: Enter the API Token copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.

Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
