Integrating Udemy Business with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage accounts.

When you integrate Josys with Udemy Business, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status and group names.
- Perform actions: Add and deactivate user accounts.
Note: Josys supports multiple Udemy Business integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Udemy Business Enterprise plan
- SSO setup
- Bearer Token, Client ID, Client Secret, Organization ID
Locating the Bearer Token
SSO setup is required to Integrate Udemy Business with Josys.

Step 1: Log in to Udemy Business using an admin account. Click Manage to open the Admin tools. From the Admin Tools, select Provisioning (SCIM) under Settings.
Step 2: Select Custom Provider from the dropdown menu. Click Generate Token.
Step 3: Copy the Bearer token for later use in the integration steps.
Step 4: Next select APIs & integrations under Settings.
Step 5: In LMS/LXP integration tab, click on Start Setup select Other and input LMS/LXP name and Save.
Step 5: Copy Client ID, Client Secret, Account ID.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Udemy Business from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification.
Step 3: Enter the Subdomain in the respective field. If the Udemy Business URL is https://josys-test.udemy.com/, then josys-test is the subdomain.
Step 4: Enter the Bearer Token, Client ID, Client Secret, Organization ID(=AccountID) copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.
Step 5: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
