Integrating Splashtop with Josys enables IT Admins to view account details. Note: Josys supports multiple Splashtop integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Splashtop admin account
- The Data Center Region and API Key
- A Business Pro plan
Locating the API Key
Step 1: Log in to Splashtop using an admin account. Navigate to the Management menu and select API.
Step 2: Click the Create API Token to create and enable the token. Copy the API Token for later use in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Splashtop from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Select the Data Center Region from the dropdown menu. You can get the Data Center Region from your Splashtop Business App>>Help>>About.
Step 3: Enter the API Token copied in the previous section in the API Key field. Click Next to proceed.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
