Integrate Microsoft 365(Azure AD) with Josys to:

Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Microsoft 365 (Azure AD), you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status, licenses, timestamp of account creation and last password change, office location, on-premises user principal name, user type, and group.
- Perform actions: Add, block sign-in, or delete user accounts.
Note: Josys supports multiple Microsoft 365 (Azure AD) integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Microsoft 365 (Azure AD) Account
- A Business or Enterprise plan
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Microsoft 365 (Azure AD) from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Click Next to proceed.
Step 3: Log in to Microsoft 365 (Azure AD) using an admin account.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization, after which accounts will be retrieved from Microsoft 365 (Azure AD) and will be associated with users on Josys. Please note that this process may take some time, depending on the total volume of data. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.

Note:
All user accounts with the "Member" user type in Microsoft 365 (Azure AD) are synchronized within Josys.
