Integrating Make with Josys enables IT Admins to view user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Make, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and last login timestamp.
Note: Josys supports multiple Make integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- Make admin account
- The Region, API Key, and Organization ID
- A Core, Pro, Teams, or Enterprise plan
Locating the API Key
Step 1: Log in to Make using an admin account. Select Profile from User Profile. Click the Add token in the API tab.
Step 2: Enter a suitable name for the Token, select user:read as the Scope, and click Save.
Step 3: Copy the API Token for later use in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Make from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Select the Region and enter the API Key and Organization ID copied in the earlier sections.
You can find the region and organisation ID in the login URL.
For example, in the case of https://us1.make.com/organization/111111/dashboard,
The region is "US1" and the organisation ID is "111111".
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
