Zapier Integration

Integrating Zapier with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the account details.   


Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Zapier admin account
  • An API Token
  • A Company plan

Locating the API Token

Step 1: Log in to Zapier using an admin account. Go to Settings from the User Profile. Select User Provisioning from the Security.

Step 2: Click Refresh Token to create a new token. Copy the SCIM Bearer Token for later use in the integration steps. 

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Zapier from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Enter the SCIM Bearer Token copied in the previous section in the API Token field. Click Next to proceed.

Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
