Integrating Rakuraku Kintai with Josys enables IT Admins to view user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Rakuraku Kintai, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, employee codes, and departments.
Note: Josys supports multiple Rakuraku integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Rakuraku Kintai admin account
- A Customer ID
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Rakuraku Kintai from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field.
Step 3: Enter your Rakuraku Kintai login URL and Customer ID provided by the Rakuraku Kintai team in the respective fields.
Step 4: Enter your Rakuraku Kintai Login ID and Password in their respective fields, then click Next to proceed.
Step 5: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization to occur. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
