Reftab Integration

Integrating Reftab with Josys enables IT Admins to view user accounts.

 

Key benefits  

When you integrate Josys with Reftab, you can:

  • View: List of user accounts, including their status and roles.
     

Note: Josys supports multiple Refta integrations.
 

Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Reftab admin account.
  • The Public Key and the Secret Key.
  • The Starter plan, the Business plan, or the Pro plan.

Get the Client ID and Client Secret

Step 1: Log in to Reftab using an admin account. Navigate to Settings and click API Keys under Control Panel.

Step 2: From the API Keys section, click Create API Key.

Step 3: Copy the Public Key and Secret Key, as you will use them in the further integration steps. Click Close.

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Reftab from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Public Key and the Secret Key copied in the previous step. Click Next to proceed. 

Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
