Bitdefender Gravityzone Integration

Integrating Bitdefender Gravityzone with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the account details.   

Key benefits

When you integrate Josys with Bitdefender Gravityzone, you can view a list of user accounts, including details such as their status, roles, and two-factor authentication status. 

Note: Josys supports multiple Bitdefender Gravityzone integrations.


Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Bitdefender Gravityzone admin account
  • The Access URL and API Key
  • A Business Security, Business Security Premium, or Business Security Enterprise plan

Locating the Access URL and API Key

Step 1: Log in to Bitdefender Gravityzone using an admin account. Select My Account from the User Profile menu.

Step 2: Copy the Access URL for later use in the integration steps. 

Step 3: Click Add to create a new API. 

Step 4: Provide a suitable name for the API Key. Select the Accounts checkbox in the Enabled APIs section and click Generate.

Step 5: Copy the API Key for later use in the integration steps.

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Bitdefender Gravityzone from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Access URL in the URL field and the API Key copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.

Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization to occur. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
