Integrating Officevibe with Josys enables IT Admins to view user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Officevibe, you can view user account details, including their status, roles, title, managed team, and team.
Note: Josys supports multiple Officevibe integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- An Officevibe admin account
- An API Key
- The Essential or Pro plan
Locating the API Key
Step 1: Log in to Officevibe using an admin account.
Step 2: Open Integrations from Settings.
Step 3: Click View settings in the Provisioning tab.
Step 4: Click Generate Api key and copy the API Key to use later in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Officevibe from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
